Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
  • Avatar NX Report Viewer
  • Client Face Sheet Barcodes
  • Document Type Face Sheet Barcodes
Scenario 1: Client Face Sheet Barcodes
Specific Setup:
  • A client must be enrolled in multiple episodes (Client A).
  • A crystal report must be configured with the following supported barcode font:
  • Libre Barcode 39
  • Libre Barcode 39 Text
  • Libre Barcode 128
  • Libre Barcode 128 Text
Steps
  1. Access the ‘Client Face Sheet Barcodes’ form.
  2. Select "Client A" from the ‘Client’ field.
  3. Select the desired episode from the ‘Episode’ field.
  4. Click [Process].
  5. Validate the Crystals report opens in a new window and displays as expected.
  6. Click [Print Report].
  7. Validate the report opens as a PDF in a new browser tab.
  8. Close the PDF report tab.
  9. Switch back to the Crystal Report window.
  10. Click [Export] (Please note, the following formats are not supported for barcodes: TXT, TTX, XML).
  11. Select "Adobe Acrobat (PDF)" from ‘Format’ field.
  12. Click [Ok].
  13. Validate the PDF downloads.
  14. Open the PDF file.
  15. Validate the report displays as expected.
  16. Close the report.
  17. Select "Microsoft Word (RTF)" from ‘Format’ field.
  18. Click [Ok].
  19. Open the RPT file.
  20. Validate the report displays as expected.
  21. Close the report.
  22. Select "Microsoft Word - Editable (RTF)" from ‘Format’ field.
  23. Click [Ok].
  24. Validate the RTF downloads.
  25. Open the RTF file.
  26. Validate the report displays as expected.
  27. Close the report.
  28. Close the report and the form.
Scenario 2: Document Type Face Sheet Barcodes
Specific Setup:
  • Documents should be defined in 'Document Management Definition'.
  • A crystal report must be configured with the following supported barcode font:
  • Libre Barcode 39
  • Libre Barcode 39 Text
  • Libre Barcode 128
  • Libre Barcode 128 Text
Steps
  1. Access the ‘Document Type Face Sheet Barcodes’ form.
  2. Select the desired value from the ‘Document Type’ field.
  3. Click [Process].
  4. Validate the Crystals report opens in a new window and displays as expected.
  5. Click [Print Report].
  6. Validate the report opens as a PDF in a new browser tab.
  7. Close the PDF report tab.
  8. Switch back to the Crystal Report window.
  9. Click [Export] (Please note, the following formats are not supported for barcodes: TXT, TTX, XML).
  10. Select "Adobe Acrobat (PDF)" from ‘Format’ field.
  11. Click [Ok].

Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:

Scenario 1: Medication Regimen Review - validate reports
Specific Setup:
  • A client must have an active episode (Client A).
  • “Client A” must have a ‘Date of Birth’, ‘Sex’ and address on file in the ‘Update Client Data’ form, as well as information filed in the ‘Allergies and Hypersensitivities’ form, ‘Diagnosis’ form, and in the ‘Height’ and ‘Weight’ fields in the ‘Vitals Entry’ form.
Steps
  1. UAT: Select "Client A" and access the Order Entry Console.
  2. Search for and select "ECHINACEA 400 MG CAPSULE ORAL" from the 'New Order' field.
  3. Set the 'Dose' field to "1".
  4. Select "TABLET" from the 'Dose Unit' field.
  5. Select "EVERY DAY" from the 'Freq' field.
  6. Set the 'Duration' field to "1" and click [Days].
  7. Click [Add to Scratchpad] and [Sign].
  8. Access the 'Medication Regimen Review' form.
  9. Validate the 'Episode' field contains the most recent client episode.
  10. Select the order for "ECHINACEA 400 MG CAPSULE, ORAL, 1 TABLET EVERY DAY".
  11. Click [Print Current Medication Orders].
  12. Validate the report opens in a new window and display as expected.
  13. Click [Print Selected Medication Orders].
  14. Validate the report for the selected order opens in a new window and display as expected.
  15. Close the report and the form.
