Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
  • Allergies and Hypersensitivities
  • Client Ledger
  • Crystal Report Viewer
  • Vitals Entry
  • ZIP Code Table Maintenance (PM)
Scenario 1: Report Viewer - validate timeout
Specific Setup:
  • A client must be enrolled in an existing episode (Client A).
  • "Client A" must have vitals, allergies and services filed.
Steps
  1. Access the 'ZIP Code Table Maintenance' form.
  2. Select 'Print ZIP Code Table'.
  3. Access the 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' form.
  4. Enter and select "Client A".
  5. Access the 'Client Ledger' form.
  6. Select "Client A" in the 'Client ID' field.
  7. Select "All Episodes" in the 'Claim/Episode/All Episodes' field.
  8. Select "Crystal" in the 'Ledger Type' field.
  9. Access the 'Vitals Entry' form.
  10. Select 'Vitals Report'.
  11. Enter the desired value in the 'Start Date', 'End Date', 'Start Time', and 'End Time' fields.
  12. Select the desired values in the 'Vital Sign(s) for Report' field.
  13. Navigate back to the open 'ZIP Code Table Maintenance' form.
  14. Click [Print Zip Code Table].
  15. Validate the report launches in a new browser window.
  16. Validate the ability to page through, print, and export the report.
  17. Navigate back to the open 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' form.
  18. Click [Display].
  19. Validate the report launches in a new browser window.
  20. Validate the ability to page through, print, and export the report.
  21. Navigate to the open 'Client Ledger' form.
  22. Click [Process].
  23. Validate the report launches in a new browser window.
  24. Validate the ability to page through, print, and export the report.
  25. Navigate to the open the 'Vitals Entry' form.
  26. Click [View Report].
  27. Validate the report launches in a new browser window.
  28. Validate the ability to page through, print, and export the report.
  29. Set a timer for thirty-five minutes and do not interact with the reports during this time.
  30. Navigate back to the open 'ZIP Code Table Maintenance' report.
  31. Validate the ability to page through, print, and export the report.
  32. Close the report.
  33. Set a timer for thirty-five minutes and do not interact with the reports during this time.
  34. Navigate back to the open the 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' report.
  35. Click [Export].
  36. Validate a message stating: "Your crystal report session has timed out. Please close this page and launch the report again."
  37. Close the report.
  38. Navigate back to the open 'Client Ledger' report.
  39. Click [Print Report].
  40. Validate a message stating: "Your crystal report session has timed out. Please close this page and launch the report again."
  41. Validate the print tab states the same message.
  42. Close the report.
  43. Navigate back to the open 'Vitals' report.
  44. Try to page through the report.
  45. Validate a processing dialog.
  46. Close the report.
  47. Navigate to the myDay view.
  48. Click [Close all Open Forms] and [Yes].
