Scenario 1: Document Management Definition - validate reports
Specific Setup:
- Documents and categories are defined in 'Document Management Definition'.
Steps
- Access the 'Document Management Definition' form.
- Select 'Reports'.
- Click [Display Form Report].
- Validate a report launches in a new window.
- Validate the report opens in a new window contains the current date and time in the 'Run Date' field.
- Validate "avatar_doc_management_form_report.rpt" displays as the window title.
- Click [Close Report].
- Click [Display Category Report].
- Validate the report opens in a new window contains the current date and time in the 'Run Date' field.
- Validate "avatar_doc_management_cat_report.rpt" displays as the window title.
- Click [Close Report].
- Click [Categories Without Forms].
- Validate the report launches in a new window.
- Validate "avatar_doc_management_cat_form_report.rpt" displays as the window title.
- Click [Close Report].
- Click [Forms Without Categories].
- Validate the report opens in a new window contains the current date and time in the 'Run Date' field.
- Validate "avatar_doc_management_form_cat_report.rpt" displays as the window title.
- Click [Close Report].
- Click [Forms Without Documents].
- Validate a report launches in a new window.
- Validate "avatar_doc_management_form_doc_report.rpt" displays as the window title.
- Click [Close Report].
- Close the form.
Scenario 2: Zip Code Table Maintenance - Print All State
Steps
- Access the 'ZIP Code Table Maintenance' form.
- Select the 'Print ZIP Code Table' field.
- Select "All" in the 'Individual or All States' field.
- Click [Print Zip Code Table].
- Switch to the 'ZIP Code Table Maintenance' report.
- Validate the Crystal report opens in a new window and contains the current date and time.
- Validate "RADplus_ZIP_Table.rpt" displays as the window title.
- Click [Print Report].
- Validate the report opens as a PDF in a new browser tab.
- Click [Print].
- Validate the PDF report has access to your local printers and that the user can save as a PDF as well.
- Click [Cancel].
- Close the PDF report tab.
- Switch back to the Crystal Report window.
- Click [Close Report].
- Switch to the 'ZIP Code table Maintenance' form.
- Close the form.
Scenario 3: 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' - validate report displays
Specific Setup:
- A client must be enrolled in an existing episode (Client A).
Steps
- Select "Client A" and access the 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' form.
- Click [Update] and [New Row].
- Enter the desired value in the 'Allergen/Reactant' field.
- Enter the desired date in the 'Date Recognized' field.
- Select any value in the 'Status' field.
- Select any value in the 'Reactions' field.
- Click [Save].
- Populate desired or required fields and submit the form.
- Select "Client A" and access the 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' form.
- Click [Display].
- Validate the Crystal report opens in a new window and contains the current date and allergy entry.
- Click [Print Report].
- Validate the report opens as a PDF in a new browser tab.
- Click [Print].
- Validate the PDF report has access to your local printers and that the user can save as a PDF as well.
- Click [Cancel].
- Close the PDF report tab.
- Switch back to the Crystal Report window.
- Click [Export].
- Select "Adobe Acrobat (PDF)" in the 'Select A Format' field.
- Select "All" in the 'Page Range' field and click [OK].
- Validate the report downloads.
- Click [Close Report].
- Switch back to the 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' form.
- Close the form.
