Product Update Form Description

Support is added for the saving of captured images to Document Management. In addition, an issue is resolved where attempting to use the client lookup in CarePOV.Clinician would result in a 'Web Service not enabled' error message.

"Avatar Mobile" is updated to support the import and capturing of document images in the "CarePOV.Clinician" application. Please Note: application "CarePOV.Clinician" version "2021.1.0.0" is required for full functionality.

POVClinician application - Client Lookup
Scenario 1: Clinician - Validate Client Search and Add functionality
Specific Setup:
  • Have a system that's up to date with all "Avatar Mobile" product updates, including "Avatar Mobile 2022 Update 2"
  • Have the application "CarePOV.Clinician 2021.1.0.0" installed for testing
  • Have a user [UserA] set up in form "User Definition" as an "Avatar Mobile" user
  • Identify a client [ClientA] who is not already on the client caseload for [UserA]
Steps
  1. Log into "Clinician" as [UserA]
  2. On the home screen, click the "Add New Client" button
  3. In the "Search Clients" screen:
  4. Populate the "First Name" field of [ClientA]
  5. Populate the "Last Name" field
  6. Populate the "Sex" field
  7. Click [Search Avatar]
  8. Validate the "Select Client" section, displays the name of [ClientA], as expected
  9. Select the row for [ClientA]
  10. Click [Add]
  11. Validate [ClientA], is added to the "My Caseload" clients list on the home view
  12. In the "My Caseload" clients list, select [ClientA]
  13. Open any form on the "Forms" list
  14. Validate the form opens successfully
  15. Populate the form
  16. Submit the form
  17. Validate the form files successfully

Scenario 1: Mobile Application Build - Select Built-In Mobile Views
Specific Setup:
  • Have a system that's up to date with all "Avatar Mobile" product updates
  • Have application "CarePOV.Clinician 2021.1.0.0" installed for testing
  • Have a user configured as an "Avatar Mobile User" in form "User Definition" [UserA]
  • Have access to form "Mobile Application Build"
  • Have a user [UserA] set up in form "User Definition" as an "Avatar Mobile" user
Steps
  1. Open form "Mobile Application Build"
  2. Navigate to the "Select Built-In Mobile Views" section
  3. Validate the following views are present in the list for selection:
  4. Allergies and Hypersensitivities
  5. Immunizations
  6. Progress Note Entry
  7. Medications
  8. Vitals Entry
  9. Wellness Items
  10. Select all views on the list
  11. Click [Submit]
  12. Validate the form files successfully
  13. Return to the form
  14. Navigate to the "Select Built-In Mobile Views" section
  15. Validate all the views are selected, as expected
  16. Log into the "Clinician" application as [UserA]
  17. At the home view, click to [Synchronize]
  18. Validate synchronization is successful
  19. Select any client from the "My Caseload" client list
  20. Click the "Client Information" tab on the right side
  21. Validate the following sub tabs are present for selection:
  22. 'Allergies', 'Immunizations', 'Progress Notes', 'Vital Signs', 'Medications' and 'Wellness Items'
  23. Click each tab
  24. Validate the expected information is displayed, when applicable

Scenario 1: Clinician - Document Capture
Specific Setup:
  • Have a system that's up to date with all "Avatar Mobile" product updates
  • Have application "CarePOV.Clinician 2021.1.0.0" installed for testing
  • Have a user configured as an "Avatar Mobile User" in form "User Definition" [UserA]
  • Have 'Document Management Definition' configured with two "Document Types" [DoctypeA] and [DoctypeB]
  • Have two or more documents on the server available for import. [DocumentA] and [DocumentB]
  • Have a workstation that contains either an external camera connected or has a built in camera
Steps
  1. Log into "Clinician" as [UserA]
  2. Click 'Synchronize'
  3. Validate the sync is successful
  4. At the home screen, select a client [ClientA] and navigate to the "Client Information" section on the right side
  5. Click the "Documents" tab
  6. Click the [Add Document]
  7. Click "Select File" and navigate to the document [DocumentA]
  8. Select [DocumentA]
  9. Validate the document displays in the "image Preview" pane, as expected
  10. In field "Please select the document type that you would like to use when saving the document to the client chart" select, [DoctypeA]
  11. Select a date in the "Document Date" field
  12. Add a description of the document in the "Document Description" field
  13. Click [Submit]
  14. In the "Documents" tab, validate the "Document Date", "Document Type", and "Document Description" fields are populated, as expected
  15. Click the [Add Document]
  16. In field "Please select the document type that you would like to use when saving the document to the client chart" select, [DoctypeB]
  17. Select a date in the "Document Date" field
  18. Add a description of the document in the "Document Description" field
  19. Click [Select Camera] field and select a camera.
  20. Click [Start Camera]
  21. Validate the image is displayed in the image preview is the image currently in front of the camera
  22. Click [Capture Image]
  23. Validate the image captured with the camera, displays in the image preview as expected
  24. Click [Submit]
  25. In the "Documents" tab
  26. Validate a row is present for [DocumentA] with the "Document Date", "Document Type" and "Document Description" columns are populated, as expected
  27. Validate a row is present for [DocumentB] with the "Document Date", "Document Type" and "Document Description" columns are populated, as expected
  28. At the home screen, click [Synchronize]
  29. Click [Sync]
  30. Validate the sync is successful
  31. On the "Documents" tab, validate the document list is cleared, indicating the documents have been sync'd with myAvatar
  32. Log into Avatar
  33. Select [ClientA]
  34. Right-Click and click "Display Chart"
  35. In "Chart", under the "Documents" section listing the document types:
  36. Click [DoctypeA]
  37. Validate row is displayed for [DocumentA] filed in step 3d is displayed
  38. Validate the "Document Date", "Document Type" and "Document Description" columns populated as expected
  39. Click "View" checkbox next to the row
  40. Click the [View] button
  41. Validate the image for [DocumentA] is displayed as expected
  42. In "Chart", under the "Documents" section listing the document types:
  43. Click [DoctypeB]
  44. Validate row is displayed for [DocumentB] (Captured using a camera) filed in step 3d, is displayed
  45. Validate the "Document Date", "Document Type" and "Document Description" columns populated as expected
  46. Click "View" checkbox next to the row
