    File Import for member or contracting provider service authorizations is modified to always retain data in site specific fields in 'Add' or 'Edit' mode.

A new registry 'Avatar MSO->Claims Processing->Include In EOB Retros For Replaced Services Not On EOB' is introduced to allow the end-user to modify the 'Create EOB' process to include retro claim adjudications for replacement services not on the EOB. Also, the issue is resolved where in the 'File Import' form, site specific fields are not retained on edit of an existing member or contracting provider service authorization.
