The following issues are resolved: 1) The error "[UNDEFINED]UpdateSubscrPolNum+27^LAExecAPI" produced after submitting a new LA County admission. 2) The error "[UNDEFINED]getClientCSI+44^LAIntegration" produced when viewing CSI information via the 'LA View Client Information' form.
