1. OBSERVSMART vendor profile to support the mapping of a pre-admit to admit as an admit event (A01 or A04) 2) ORCHARD vendor profile to not support including double quotes for field data
The following changes are specific to outbound messaging: 1) Update OBSERVSMART vendor profile to support the mapping of a pre-admit to admit as an admit event (A01 or A04) versus update event (A08) which is current default behavior 2) Update ORCHARD vendor profile to not support including double quote as delete indicator for field data
