Outbound MFN^M02 (Master File Notification for Staff/Practitioner) support is added
Outbound messaging is updated to support Staff/Practitioner master file messages (event MFN^M02). RxConnect ADT connections will automatically support this new event except in environments where registry setting 'Enable RxConnect Facility ID' is set to 'Yes'. The RxConnect application requires configuration to support this new event.
Value Added: Practitioner updates can be sent to RxConnect
