The 837 Institutional claims evaluates the principal diagnosis segment (2300-HI) based on the claim statement date (2300-DTP).
The 837 Institutional logic is updated to evaluate resolved diagnosis based on the claim statement date.

Edit Service Information - Validating To-Do's after editing 'Open' service
Resolves an issue to ensure that the open service can be modified successfully using 'Edit Service Information' form.
The SYSTEM.RADplus_workflow_to_do table displays a to-do in the table that is specific to the service stating it has been edited.

Product Update Form Description
The following issues are resolved: 1) Required field checking is not enforced for fields on the Site Specific Enrollment section of 'Practitioner Enrollment' form. 2) Editing a service in the 'Edit Service Information' form can take longer in a system that has a lot of data in the SYSTEM.RADplus_workflow_to_do table. Additionally, the logic associated with the Principal Diagnosis (2300-HI) segment has been updated to use the Statement Dates (2300-DTP) segment through date when populating applicable diagnosis for discharge claim (Claim Frequency Code 1 or 4).

The changes are:
Remove the hyphen in a 9 digit zip code.
Change the 'Site or Location Address (2100DA-N3-01)' label to 'Site or Location Address (2110DA-N3-01)'.
Change the Site or Location Address 2 (2100DA-N3-02)' label to 'Site or Location Address 2 (2110DA-N3-02)'.

The following 274 related issues are resolved: 1) Punctuation (i.e. hyphen) was not removed from the zip code value included in a 274 submission file for field 'Site or Location Zip Code (2110DA-N4-03)'. This could occur when a 9 digit zip code value was entered in form '274 - Provider Directory Definition' section 'Site Definition'. 2) The field label 'Site or Location Address (2100DA-N3-01)' is corrected to 'Site or Location Address (2110DA-N3-01)' 3) The field label 'Site or Location Address 2 (2100DA-N3-02)' is corrected to 'Site or Location Address 2 (2110DA-N3-02)'

Financial Eligibility - Subscriber Sex
The issue is resolved when the 'Subscriber Sex' field may be cleared on the 'Financial Eligibility' form.
When the registry setting 'Update Financial Eligibility Data' = Y, the 'Subscriber Sex' field will contain the extended dictionary value from ‘Gender (837 Professional/Institutional)’ in the Client 'Sex' dictionary, #3.

Registry Setting - Exclude Services If No Treatment Plan
The functionality for the 'Exclude Services If No Treatment Plan' registry setting is updated to remove fields/sections from forms when the registry setting value is modified.
The registry setting value of 'Y' adds the 'Exclude Service From Bill If No Final Treatment Plan In Effect For Service Date In Question' field to the 'Guarantors/Payors' form. It also adds the fields 'Treatment Plan Required' and 'Number Of Days After Admission That Treatment Plan Is Required' to the 'Program Maintenance' form. If the value is changed from 'Y' to 'P' or 'N' the fields will be removed from the 'Program Maintenance' form.
The registry setting value of 'P' adds 'Exclude Service From Bill If No Final Treatment Plan In Effect For Service Date In Question' field on the 'Guarantors/Payors' form and adds and a new section, 'Treatment Plan Requirements' to the form.
The registry setting value of ‘N’ removes all fields/sections from the 'Program Maintenance' and the 'Guarantors/Payors' forms.

'Team Assignment' is enhanced to no longer display inactive teams.
When a 'Team' is marked as inactive in the 'Team Definition' form, the inactive teams will no longer display in the 'Team Assignment' drop down in the admission forms.
In addition, when a team is deleted or a client episode is removed from a Team, the 'SYSTEM.admission_data_other' SQL table will be updated to clear the 'team_assignment_code' field for the client.

"Client Team Assignment" is enhanced as follows: 1) Inactive Teams will no longer display in the 'Team Assignment' drop down lists. 2) When an 'Episode' is removed from a 'Team' or a 'Team' is deleted, the 'team_assignment_code' field is cleared on all associated client admission rows in the 'SYSTEM.admission_data_other' SQL table. Note that Avatar RADplus 2022 Update 58 must also be installed to support this functionality.
