A new field called 'Discharge Reason' is added to the FSR 'MH Outcomes' form and the file import. Please note Avatar SF 2017 update 40 must be installed in the parent PM system for FSR file generation to recognize this new field.

The 'Evaluation Date' field on the 'MH Outcomes' form is modified to allow the same date as the previous 'MH Outcomes' occurrence if it has a 'Purpose of Performance Evaluation' of "Admission to Provider" and the current occurrence has a 'Purpose of Performance Evaluation' of "Regular discharge from provider".

The following modifications are made to 'MH Outcomes' form: 1) The form cannot be submitted when 'Evaluation Date' and 'Initial Performance Evaluation Date' do not match and 'Purpose of Performance Evaluation' is "Admission to Provider" or "Immediate Discharge". 2) The names of the 'Total School Days Available' and 'School Days Attended' fields have been updated. 3) New field validation logic is added to the 'Total School Days Available' and 'School Days Attended' fields. 4) The format error message for the 'Monthly Income' fields has been modified to increase clarity. Additionally, the 'Age Of First Use' fields on the 'SA Outcomes Admission' form will no longer accept values larger than the client's age on the 'Evaluation Date'. Also, the issue where inactive dictionary codes could appear in the 'Substance Problems' fields on the 'SA Outcomes Detox' form is resolved.

The following modifications are made to the system: 1) The CWS State Forms dictionaries 'FSR ICD-10 Age Category' (data element 54060) and 'FSR ICD-10 Fund Category' (data element 54061) are added to the system as extended attributes of CWS State Forms dictionary 'FSR ICD-10 Crosswalk' (data element 54058). 2) The CWS State Forms dictionary 'FSR ICD-10 Crosswalk' is updated to use only ICD-10 diagnosis codes. 3) 'MH Outcomes' occurrences may no longer have an 'Evaluation Date' equal to the previous occurrence's 'Evaluation Date' if that previous occurrence has a 'Purpose Of Performance Evaluation' of "Admission to Provider" or "Immediate Discharge". Additionally, the following modifications are made to the 'MH Outcomes' and all 'SA Outcomes' forms: 1) The 'MH Diagnosis' and 'SA Diagnosis' fields are removed. 2) The 'Select MH Diagnosis' and 'Select SA Diagnosis' fields will now only display ICD-10 diagnosis codes. 3) The 'MH Diagnosis ICD-10' and 'SA Diagnosis ICD-10' fields will now be required where the 'MH Diagnosis' and 'SA Diagnosis' fields were required.

The following issues are resolved: 1) The issue where void diagnosis codes would appear in the 'Select MH Diagnosis' and 'Select SA Diagnosis' fields on the 'MH Outcomes' and 'SA Outcomes' forms. 2) The issue where invalid values could be selected for the 'Postpartum' field on the 'SA Outcomes Admission' form. 3) The issue where the 'Postpartum' field on the 'SA Outcomes Admission' form would not be required despite state requirements. 4) The issue where invalid values could be selected for the 'Birth Outcomes' field on the 'SA Outcomes Discharge' form. 5) The issue where the 'Dependency / Criminal Status' field on the 'MH Outcomes' and 'SA Outcomes' forms would display the dictionary code and not the value.

The following enhancements are made to Florida State Reporting: 1) The 'Monthly Income from Paid Employment', 'Monthly Income from Government Sources', and 'Monthly Income from Other Sources' fields on the 'MH Outcomes' form now require values that are entered to be four digits in length. 2) The 'Select MH Diagnosis' and 'Select SA Diagnosis' fields on the 'MH Outcomes' and all three 'SA Outcomes' forms are modified to only display client diagnosis codes that match an entry of the list of state-approved codes.
