The 'Immunizations' grid in the 'Client Health Maintenance' form has been updated to support multiple decimal places in the 'Amount' field.
Value Added: The ability to enter multiple decimal places in the 'Amount' field when filing immunizations in the 'Client Health Maintenance' form.

Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
  • Client Health Maintenance
Scenario 1: Validation of Client Health Maintenance - Immunization Items Grid
Specific Setup:
  • The client must be enrolled in an existing episode (Client A).
Steps
  1. Access the 'Client Health Maintenance' form.
  2. Select "Client A" in the 'Client ID' field.
  3. Click [Immunizations - Update].
  4. Click [New Row].
  5. Select any value in the 'Vaccine' field.
  6. Select any value in the 'Dose' field.
  7. Select any value in the 'Provided By' field.
  8. Enter the desired date in the 'Date' field.
  9. Enter "1" in the 'Amount' field.
  10. Validate the 'Error' dialog contains "Must be a number with decimal places".
  11. Click [OK].
  12. Enter ".50" in the 'Amount' field.
  13. Click [Save] and [Submit].
  14. Access Crystal Reports or other SQL Reporting Tool.
  15. Create a report using the 'SYSTEM.cw_immunization_history' SQL table.
  16. Validate the 'PATID' field contains the ID of "Client A".
  17. Validate the 'dosage' field contains ".50".
  18. Access the 'Client Health Maintenance' form.
  19. Select "Client A" in the 'Client ID' field.
  20. Click [Immunizations - Update].
  21. Validate the 'Immunizations' table contains the immunization filed in previous steps.
  22. Enter ".750" in the 'Amount' field.
  23. Click [Save] and [Submit].
  24. Access Crystal Reports or other SQL Reporting Tool.
  25. Refresh the report using the 'SYSTEM.cw_immunization_history' SQL table.
  26. Validate the 'dosage' field contains ".750"
  27. Close the report.
