Registry Setting 'Default value for 'Status (Problem List)' is set to a value as defined in Dictionary Update CWS file, Data Element ‘Status (16214)'.

Product Update Form Description

The registry setting "Default value for 'Status (Problem List)'" is added. If this new registry setting is set, the value chosen will be defaulted into the 'Status (Problem List)' field of the 'Treatment Plan' form whenever a new Problem is created within a treatment plan or pulled into a treatment plan from a library. Only values from the dictionary "Status" for data element 16214 from the "CWS" file are valid values for the new registry setting.

'Treatment Plan' field 'Status (Problem List)' is updated to default a specific value.

The Registry Setting 'Default value for 'Status (Problem List)' has been added to allow the selection of a specific value to be defaulted into the 'Treatment Plan' field 'Status (Problem List)' on the 'Problem' level.

When the registry setting is set to 'Yes', the Status value chosen will be defaulted into the 'Status (Problem List)' field of the 'Treatment Plan' form whenever a new Problem is created within a treatment plan or pulled into a treatment plan from a library. Only values from the dictionary "Status" for data element 16214 from the "CWS" file are valid values for the new registry setting.

Value Added: The 'Treatment Plan' field 'Status (Problem List)' is enhanced with the ability to default a Status value.

Scenario 1: Treatment Plan - Problems - Status (Problem List) default

Specific Setup:

Registry Setting 'Default value for 'Status (Problem List)' is set to 'Yes'.

Steps

Open the 'Treatment Plan' form for any client.
Set the 'Plan Date' field to the current date.
Set the Plan Type field to any value.
Select "Draft" from the 'Treatment Plan Status' field.
Click [Launch Plan].
Click [Add New Problem].
Set the 'Problem Code' field to any problem code.
Set the 'Problem' field to any text.
Validate the 'Status (Problem List)' field is defaulted to the value as set in the Registry Setting 'Default value for 'Status (Problem List)'.
Set the 'Status' field to any value.
Complete any required fields as needed.
Click [Back to Plan Page].
Click [Launch Plan].
Validate the Status (Problem List)' field is populated with the default value.
Click [Back to Plan Page].
Click [Submit].
Validate the form submits successfully.
