Product Update Form Description

The 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' form grid is enhanced to support defaulting a value into the 'Status' column based on the new registry setting 'Default value for 'Status' in 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' form'. The value defaulted in will be the value of that registry setting, and if the registry setting is left blank then no default value will be set.
