The 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' form grid is enhanced to make it configurable whether the 'Date Recognized' column is required, based on the new registry setting 'Require 'Date Recognized' column'. Choosing "Y" (the default value) for this setting preserves the current behavior of making that column required. Choosing "N" for this setting makes the 'Date Recognized' column not required.
Value Added: The ability to not require the 'Date Recognized' column in the 'Allergen/Reactant' dialog has been added to the 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' form.
