An issue is resolved where the error "com.ntst.radplus.common.XMLDataParser$XMLParserRuntimeException" may occur while accessing 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' form submissions in the NX 'All Documents Widget'.

'All Documents' Widget - 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities'
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
  • Allergies and Hypersensitivities
Scenario 1: Allergies and Hypersensitivities - add/edit allergies
Specific Setup:
  • A client is enrolled in an existing episode (Client A).
  • The user has the 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' form available on the Chart View.
Steps
  1. Select "Client A" and access the 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' form.
  2. Select "No" in the 'Known Medication Allergies' field.
  3. Select "No" in the 'Known Food Allergies' field.
  4. Click [Update].
  5. Validate the 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' grid is displayed.
  6. Click [New Row].
  7. Select any value in the 'Allergen/Reactant' field.
  8. Enter the desired date in the 'Date Recognized' field.
  9. Select "Active" in the 'Status' field.
  10. Select any value in the 'Reaction Severity' field.
  11. Click [Save] and [Submit].
  12. Access the Chart View for "Client A".
  13. Select the 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' form from the left-hand side.
  14. Validate the allergy added in the previous steps is displayed with a status of "Active".
  15. Close the chart.
  16. Select "Client A" and access the 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' form.
  17. Click [Update].
  18. Select the allergy added in the previous steps and click [Delete Row].
  19. Validate a "Confirm" message is displayed stating: Are you sure you want to delete these rows?
  20. Click [Yes].
  21. Validate an "Error" message is displayed stating: Allergies that have been saved previously cannot be deleted. Please update the 'Status' as appropriate.
  22. Click [OK].
  23. Validate the 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' grid still contains the allergy filed in the previous steps.
  24. Select "Inactive" in the 'Status' field.
  25. Click [Save] and [Submit].
  26. Access the Chart View for "Client A".
  27. Select the 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' form from the left-hand side.
  28. Validate the allergy added in the previous steps is displayed with a status of "Inactive".
  29. Close the chart.
  30. Select "Client A" and access the 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' form.
  31. Click [Update].
  32. Validate the 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' grid is displayed.
  33. Click [New Row].
  34. Select any value in the 'Allergen/Reactant' field.
  35. Enter the desired date in the 'Date Recognized' field.
  36. Select "Active" in the 'Status' field.
  37. Select any value in the 'Reaction Severity' field.
  38. Select the new allergy record and click [Delete Row].
  39. Validate a "Confirm" message is displayed stating: Are you sure you want to delete these rows?
  40. Click [Yes].
  41. Validate the 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' grid does not contain the second allergy record.
  42. Click [Close/Cancel] and close the form.
Scenario 2: Validating 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' records in the 'All Documents' widget
Specific Setup:
  • This scenario is for Avatar NX systems only.
  • A client must be defined and have an active allergy filed in the 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' form (Client A).
  • The 'All Documents' console widget and 'Console Widget Viewer' must be assigned to a view in the 'View Definition' form.
Steps
  1. Select "Client A" and access the 'All Documents Widget'.
  2. Select the "All Forms" section.
  3. Select "Allergies and Hypersensitivities" in the 'Form Description' field.
  4. Validate only 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' records are now displayed.
  5. Click on the existing 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' record for "Client A".
  6. Validate the allergy displays in the 'Console Widget Viewer'.
  7. Click [Open Record].
  8. Validate the 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' form opens.
  9. Click [Update].
  10. Select "Inactive" in the 'Status' field.
  11. Click [Save].
  12. Select "No" in the 'Known Medication Allergies' field.
  13. Click [Submit].
  14. Refresh the 'All Documents Widget'.
  15. Select "Allergies and Hypersensitivities" in the 'Form Description' field.
  16. Click on the existing 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' record for "Client A".
  17. Validate the updated allergy displays in the 'Console Widget Viewer'.
