Product Update Form Description

The following issues are resolved: 1) Problem data is not filing correctly in the Treatment Plan form when the 'Enable Automatic Backup' registry setting is enabled and the Problems grid is hidden via Site Specific Section Modeling. 2) Treatment Plan Data is not defaulting forward properly when the 'Enable Automatic Backup' registry is enabled. 3) Scrolling Free Text fields are not loading properly for Treatment Plan form copies when the 'Enable Automatic Backup' registry setting is enabled.

'Treatment Plan' form - 'Default From Previous Plan' registry setting
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
  • Treatment Plan
  • Treatment Plan Default Setup
Scenario 1: Treatment Plan - default from previous plan
Specific Setup:
  • A client must be enrolled in an existing episode (Client A).
  • Client A must have a Treatment Plan filed that has values entered in the 'Strengths', 'Weaknesses', and 'Discharge Planning' fields (Plan A).
Steps
  1. Select "Client A" and access the 'Treatment Plan' form.
  2. Click [Add].
  3. Verify the 'Do you want to default plan information form a previously entered plan?' dialog is displayed.
  4. Click [Yes].
  5. Select "Plan A" in the 'Default From Previous' field.
  6. Click [OK].
  7. Enter the desired date in the 'Please Enter Plan Date' field.
  8. Click [OK].
  9. Verify the 'Are you sure you want to default information from this plan?' dialog is displayed.
  10. Click [Yes].
  11. Enter the current date in the 'Plan Date' field.
  12. Select any value in the 'Plan Type' field.
  13. Select 'Draft' in the 'Treatment Plan Status' field.
  14. Validate the 'Strengths' field contains the information defaulted in from "Plan A".
  15. Validate the 'Weaknesses' field contains the information defaulted in from "Plan A".
  16. Validate the 'Discharge Planning' field contains the information defaulted in from "Plan A".
  17. Click [Launch Plan].
  18. Add a new problem, goal, objective and intervention.
  19. Click [Back to Plan Page].
  20. Validate the 'Strengths' field contains the information defaulted in from "Plan A".
  21. Validate the 'Weaknesses' field contains the information defaulted in from "Plan A".
  22. Validate the 'Discharge Planning' field contains the information defaulted in from "Plan A".
  23. Select "Final" in the 'Treatment Plan Status' field.
  24. Click [Submit].
Scenario 2: Treatment Plan - Default from previous plan- 'Treatment Plan Default Setup' form prompt set to 'No'.
Specific Setup:
  • The 'Default Problem Section', 'Default Goals Section', 'Default Objectives Section', and 'Default Interventions Section' field must be set to "No" in the 'Treatment Plan Default Setup' form.
  • A client must have a 'Treatment Plan' form filed. (Plan A)
Steps
  1. Select "Client A" and access the 'Treatment Plan' form.
  2. Click [Add].
  3. Verify the 'Do you want to default plan information from a previously entered plan?' dialog is displayed.
  4. Click [Yes].
  5. Select "Plan A" in the 'Default From Previous' field.

  • The 'Avatar CWS->Treatment Plan->->->->Enable Automatic Backup' registry setting must be set to "Y".

  • Scrolling Free Text fields must be enabled via the 'Site Specific Section Modeling' form for a 'Treatment Plan' form. (Strengths, Weaknesses, Discharge Planning) (Treatment Plan)
Steps
  1. Select “Client A” and access the ‘Treatment Plan’ form.
  2. Set the ‘Plan Date’ field to the current date.
  3. Set the ‘Plan Name’ to any value.
  4. Select any value in the ‘Plan Type’ field.
  5. Set the 'Strengths' field to any value.
  6. Set the 'Weaknesses' field to any value.
  7. Set the 'Discharge Planning' field to any value.
  8. Select “Draft” in the ‘Treatment Plan Status’ field and click [Launch Plan].
  9. Click [Add New Problem].
  10. Set the ‘Problem Code’ field to any value.
  11. Select “Active” in the ‘Status (Problem List)’ field.
  12. Set the ‘Problem’ field to any value.

  29. Validate the 'Discharge Planning' field contains the value previously filed.
  30. Click [Launch Plan].
  31. Validate the ‘Tree view’ contains values for the problem, goal, objective, and intervention previously added.
  32. Click [Exit to Home View].
Scenario 2: Treatment Plan - 'Enable Automatic Backup' registry setting set to "N"
Specific Setup:
  • The 'Avatar CWS-> Treatment Plan->->->->Enable Automatic Backup' registry setting must be set to "N".
  • A client must have an active episode. (Client A)
Steps
  1. Select “Client A” and access the ‘Treatment Plan’ form.
  2. Set the ‘Plan Date’ field to the current date.
  3. Set the ‘Plan Name’ field to any value.
  4. Select any value in the ‘Plan Type’ field.
  5. Select “Draft” in the ‘Treatment Plan Status’ field and click [Launch Plan].
  6. Click [Add New Problem].
  7. Set the ‘Problem Code’ field to any value.
  8. Select “Active” in the ‘Status (Problem List)’ field.
  9. Set the ‘Problem’ field to any value
  10. Select any value in the ‘Status’ field and click [Add New Goal].
  11. Set the ‘Goal’ field to any value.
  12. Select any value in the ‘Status’ field and click [Add New Objective].
  13. Set the ‘Objective’ field to any value.
  14. Select any value in the ‘Status’ field and click [Add New Intervention].
  15. Set the ‘Intervention’ field to any value.
  16. Select any value in the ‘Status’ field and click [Back to Plan Page].
  17. Click [Submit].

Scenario 3: Treatment Plan - 'Enable Automatic Backup' registry setting - Multiple Active Plans
Specific Setup:
  • The 'Avatar CWS-> Treatment Plan->->->->Enable Automatic Backup' registry setting must be set to "Y".
  • A client must have an active episode. (Client A)
  • A Treatment Plan copy must exist (Treatment Plan Copy)
Steps
  1. Select “Client A” and access the ‘Treatment Plan’ form.
  2. Set the ‘Plan Date’ field to the current date.
  3. Set the ‘Plan Name’ field to any value.
  4. Select any value in the ‘Plan Type’ field.
  5. Select “Draft” in the ‘Treatment Plan Status’ field and click [Launch Plan].
  6. Click [Add New Problem].
  7. Set the ‘Problem Code’ field to any value.
  8. Select “Active” in the ‘Status (Problem List)’ field.
  9. Set the ‘Problem’ field to any value.
  10. Select any value in the ‘Status’ field and click [Add New Goal].
  11. Set the ‘Goal’ field to any value.
  12. Select any value in the ‘Status’ field and click [Add New Objective].
  13. Set the ‘Objective’ field to any value.
  14. Select any value in the ‘Status’ field and click [Add New Intervention].

Specific Setup:

  • The 'Enable Automatic Backup' registry setting must be set to "Y".
Steps
  1. Access the 'Site Specific Section Modeling' form.
  2. Select "(Treatment Plan) Treatment Plan" in the 'Site Specific Section' field.
  3. Select the 'Prompt Definition' section.
  4. Select "Problems" in the 'Prompt Definition' table.
  5. Click [Edit Selected Item].
  6. Validate the 'Exclude from Data Collection Instrument' field is enabled and can be edited.
  7. Validate the 'Exclude from Data Collection Instrument' field contains "No" as the default value.
  8. Select "Yes" in the 'Exclude from Data Collection Instrument' field.
  9. Click [Submit].
  10. Select “Client A” and access the ‘Treatment Plan’ form.
  11. Set the ‘Plan Date’ field to the current date.
  12. Set the ‘Plan Name’ to any value.
  13. Select any value in the ‘Plan Type’ field.
  14. Validate the 'Problems grid' is not displayed.
  15. Select “Draft” in the ‘Treatment Plan Status’ field and click [Launch Plan].
  16. Click [Add New Problem].
  17. Set the ‘Problem Code’ field to any value.
  18. Select “Active” in the ‘Status (Problem List)’ field.
  19. Set the ‘Problem’ field to any value.
  20. Select any value in the ‘Status’ field.
