Product Update Form Description

An issue is resolved in the 'Clinical Pathway Enrollment' form where items are displayed in systems where they are not defined. Please note, this update will reset 'Form Designer' changes for the 'Clinical Pathway Enrollment' form.

Clinical Pathway Enrollment - 'Pathway Name' field
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
  • Clinical Pathway Definition
  • Clinical Pathway Enrollment
Scenario 1: Clinical Pathway Enrollment - Add an enrollment
Specific Setup:
  • A pathway is defined in the 'Clinical Pathway Definition' form. "Yes" is selected in the 'Alert When Accessed' field. This pathway is also defined with a color (Pathway A).
  • Multiple other pathways are defined with colors in the 'Clinical Pathway Definition' form.
  • A client is enrolled in an existing episode (Client A).
Steps
  1. Select "Client A" and access the 'Clinical Pathway Enrollment' form.
  2. Validate the 'Date of Enrollment' field defaults to the current date.
  3. Validate the 'Pathway Name' field contains only pathways defined in the system.
  4. Select "Pathway A" in the 'Pathway Name' field.
  5. Select "Yes" for 'Primary Pathway'.
  6. Click [Submit] and [No].
  7. Validate the 'My Clients' list contains "Client A" in the pathway color.
  8. Select "Client A" and access the 'Clinical Pathway Enrollment' form.
  9. Click [Add] to add an additional pathway.
  10. Select "Pathway A" in the 'Pathway Name' field.
  11. Validate a message is displayed stating: Client is already enrolled in the selected Clinical Pathway.
  12. Click [OK].
  13. Select any new value in the 'Pathway Name' field.
  14. Select "Yes" for 'Primary Pathway'.
  15. Validate a message is displayed stating: Primary Pathway already exists. "Pathway A" is the current Primary Pathway.
  16. Click [OK].
  17. Select "No" in the 'Primary Pathway' field.
  18. Click [Submit] and [No].
  19. Validate the 'My Clients' list contains "Client A" in the primary pathway color.
Scenario 2: Clinical Pathway Enrollment - Validate the 'Pathway Name' field when no pathways are initially defined
Specific Setup:
  • No pathways are currently defined in 'Clinical Pathway Definition'.
Steps
  1. Select "Client A" and access the 'Clinical Pathway Enrollment' form.
  2. Validate the 'Pathway Name' field does not contain any values.
  3. Close the form.
  4. Access the 'Clinical Pathway Definition' form.
  5. Select "Edit" in the 'Create New or Edit Existing' field.
  6. Validate the 'Pathway List' field does not contain any values.
  7. Select "New" in the 'Create New or Edit Existing' field.
  8. Enter an alphanumeric value in the 'Pathway ID' field.
  9. Enter the desired value in the 'Pathway Name' field.
  10. Select "Yes" in the 'Alert When Client is Accessed?' field. This will cause an alert to display whenever the client is accessed.
  11. Select any value in the 'Appointment Status to Alert' field. This field will trigger an alert when an appointment with this status takes place.
  12. Click [Submit].
  13. Again Select "Edit" in the 'Create New or Edit Existing' field.
  14. Validate the 'Pathway List' field contains the pathway added in the previous steps.
  15. Close the form.
  16. Select "Client A" and access the 'Clinical Pathway Enrollment' form.
  17. Validate the 'Pathway Name' field contains the pathway added in the previous steps.
  18. Close the form.
