Product Update Form Description

Support for GA ASO functionality is added. Additionally, the 'Create New Progress Notes Form' form is updated to support copying site specific section modeling and registry setting values from existing progress note copies. Note: RADplus 2022 Update 119 and the associated PM update (Avatar Cal-PM 2022 Update 75, Avatar PM Update 122) must be installed for these functionalities to work properly.

Create New Progress Note Form
The "Create New Progress Note Form" is updated to support copying site specific section modeling changes and registry setting values from an existing progress note copies. In addition, for "GA ASO" enabled environments the form is updated to allow the user to create a "GA ASO" type progress note form copy. (Note: "GA ASO" functionality is enabled by Netsmart and requires the following updates installed for full functionality, "RADplus 2022 Update 119" and the associated PM update (Avatar Cal-PM 2022 Update 75 or Avatar PM Update 122)

Create New Progress Note Form
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
  • Create New Progress Notes Form
  • Registry Settings (PM)
Scenario 1: "Create New Progress Note" form - Validate functionality in (GA-ASO) enabled environments
Steps
  1. Internal Testing Only
Scenario 2: Create New Progress Note Form - Functionality and validations
Specific Setup:
  • Have an existing "Progress Note (Group and Individual)" form [PNFormA], that can be used to create a new progress note form copy
  • In form "Site Specific Section Modeling", edit [PNFormA] and make the following change:
  • Add any Site Specific "Dictionary" field and add dictionary values to the field using form "Dictionary Update" (Make a note of the dictionary values added)
  • In form "Registry Settings", search for the registry settings listed under the [PNFormA] progress note copy.
  • Select a registry setting and set it to a new value. For example, set registry setting "Clear Selected Client After Filing" to "Y"
  • In form "Set System Defaults", locate the field "Enable Auto Save for CWS Product Forms", select the [PNFormA] copy
  • Have access to form "Registry Settings"
Steps
  1. Open form "Create New Progress Note Form"
  2. In the "Progress Notes Form Name" field, populate the field with a name for the progress note [PNFormACopy]
  3. From the "Inherit Registry Setting and Site Specific Section Modeling configuration from" drop down list, select [PNFormA]
  4. Click [Submit]
  5. At the "Are you sure you want to create a new copy of the Progress Notes form", click "Yes"
  6. Click [OK]
  7. Close the form
  8. Open form "Registry Settings"
  9. Search for registry setting changed in the setup
  10. Locate the new progress note created [PNFormACopy]
  11. Validate the value set is the same as value set in progress note it was copied from, [PNFormA]
  12. Close the form
  13. Open the new copy of the progress note, [PNFormACopy]
  14. Validate the Site Specific "Dictionary" field added in the setup, is present on the form
  15. Click on the field to display its dictionary values
  16. Validate the expected values are displayed
  17. Select any value
  18. Populate any required and desired fields on the form
  19. Submit the form
  20. Validate the form files successfully
  21. Re-open the new form. [PNFormACopy]
  22. Populate any desired fields
  23. Click the [Backup] form button
  24. Close the form
  25. Re-open the form [PNFormACopy]
  26. Validate the "Restore/Delete Backup Data" dialog is displayed
  27. Validate a row is present for the backup saved in step a
  28. Select the row to enter the form
  29. Validate the fields values populated in step 1a, are populated as expected
  30. Populate any required and desired fields on the form
  31. Submit the form
  32. Validate the form files successfully
