The following issues have been resolved on the 'Columbia Suicide Risk Assessment' form: 1) Scrolling text fields were being truncated at 50 characters, 2) Data wasn't stored in the SQL table when certain not required fields were omitted.

'Medications Dispensed' widget will display the name of the medication.
An issue has been resolved to ensure that the 'Medication Order Code' column in the 'Medications Dispensed' widget will display as 'Code Description (Order Code)'. In addition, the 'Chart' view of the 'Medications Dispensed' form will also display as 'Code Description (Order Code)'.

Registry Setting 'Avatar CWS->Other Chart Entry->Medications Dispensed->->->Select Medication from Avatar OE Order Codes' is set to 'Y'. Note: Once this is set to 'Y' and OE medication orders are filed in the form, the Registry Setting will no longer be able to be set back to 'N'.

Progress Notes - Significant Findings - Future Dates
The 'Progress Notes' form is enhanced to allow all date fields that can be added using the 'Site Specific Section Modeling' form to be sensitive to the 'Allow Future Dates' prompt on that form. A future date value can now be configured to be allowed, to present a warning message, or to present an error message. In addition, the 'Significant Findings' form is enhanced to allow the 'Significant Finding Date' field to be sensitive to the new registry setting 'Allow Future Significant Finding Date'.

The 'Treatment Plan Definition' form is enhanced to support importing 'Care Plan' libraries as XML files following the standard FHIR format. Allergies and Hypersensitivities - No Known Food/Medications Allergies
An issue is resolved to have the client header only display "No known allergies" for medication and/or food allergies if both the allergies filed and the "known allergies" yes/no question agree that no such allergies exist.

An issue is resolved where the Client Header displays messages such as "No Known Food Allergies" or "No Known Drug Allergies" if no active allergies known to be of the indicated type are on file, even if the 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' form indicates that that there are such allergies. This is possible if the allergy type of a medication changes or is unknown to Avatar. After this update is installed the Client Header will only display such messages as "No Known Drug Allergies" if the 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' form so indicates, AND there is no active allergy on file of the indicated type.

'Treatment Plan' field 'Status (Problem List)' is updated to default a specific value.
The Registry Setting 'Default value for 'Status (Problem List)' has been added to allow the selection of a specific value to be defaulted into the 'Treatment Plan' field 'Status (Problem List)' on the 'Problem' level.
When the registry setting is set to 'Yes', the Status value chosen will be defaulted into the 'Status (Problem List)' field of the 'Treatment Plan' form whenever a new Problem is created within a treatment plan or pulled into a treatment plan from a library. Only values from the dictionary "Status" for data element 16214 from the "CWS" file are valid values for the new registry setting.

If this new registry setting is set, the value chosen will be defaulted into the 'Status (Problem List)' field of the 'Treatment Plan' form whenever a new Problem is created within a treatment plan or pulled into a treatment plan from a library. Only values from the dictionary "Status" for data element 16214 from the "CWS" file are valid values for the new registry setting.
