'Results Entry' and 'Results Document Upload' - 'Report Category' field
The 'Report Category' field is added to the 'Results Entry' and 'Results Document Upload' forms. The 'report_category_code' and 'report_category_value' fields are added to the 'SYSTEM.results_header' SQL table to support this new field.
In addition, the 'JOIN_TO_DOCUMENT_IMAGE' and 'fhir_diag_report_id' fields are added to the 'SYSTEM.results_upload' SQL table.

'Vitals Entry' form - New Fields
The following fields are added to the 'Vitals Entry' form:
- 'Head Circumference (in)'
- 'Head Circumference (cm)'
- 'Head Occipital-frontal Circumference Percentile (Birth - 36 months)'
- 'Length (in)'
- 'Length (cm)'
- 'Weight for Length Percentile (Birth - 36 months)'
The 'SYSTEM.cw_vital_signs' SQL table is updated accordingly.
In addition, the 'Restrict Length Entry To Specific Field' and 'Restrict Head Circumference Entry To Specific Field' registry settings are added. These settings give the user the ability to restrict the length/head circumference values to either inches or centimeters, if desired.

The following issues are resolved: 1) The 'Progress Note Corrections' form is updated to no longer allow notes generated via table aliasing to be reverted to draft. 2) The 'SYSTEM.cw_hm_alerts_immunization', 'SYSTEM.cw_hm_alerts_wellness', 'SYSTEM.audit_alerts_immunization', and 'SYSTEM.audit_alerts_wellness' SQL tables are added to the CDR.

Create New Progress Note Form
The "Create New Progress Note Form" is updated to support copying site specific section modeling changes and registry setting values from an existing progress note copies. In addition, for "GA ASO" enabled environments the form is updated to allow the user to create a "GA ASO" type progress note form copy. (Note: "GA ASO" functionality is enabled by Netsmart and requires the following updates installed for full functionality, "RADplus 2022 Update 119" and the associated PM update (Avatar Cal-PM 2022 Update 75 or Avatar PM Update 122)
