Columbia Suicide Risk Assessment added to other forms
'Document Routing Setup', 'Move Selected Data' and 'Product Final To Draft Override' are enhanced to include 'Columbia Suicide Risk Assessment' form.

Columbia Suicide Risk Assessment
The following issues have been resolved on the 'Columbia Suicide Risk Assessment' form: 1) Scrolling text fields were being truncated at 50 characters, 2) Data wasn't stored in the SQL table when certain not required fields were omitted.

Product Update Form Description
The 'Move Selected Data', 'Product Final to Draft Override' and 'Document Routing Setup' forms are enhanced to support the 'Columbia Suicide Risk Assessment' form. Additionally, the 'Total Number of Preparatory Acts in Lifetime' and 'Total Number of Preparatory Acts in Past 3 Months' fields are added to the previously mentioned form.

Allergies and Hypersensitivities - Date Recognized
The 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' form grid is enhanced to make it configurable whether the 'Date Recognized' column is required, based on the new registry setting 'Require 'Date Recognized' column'. Choosing "Y" (the default value) for this setting preserves the current behavior of making that column required. Choosing "N" for this setting makes the 'Date Recognized' column not required.

A change is made to allow for a default value to populate the 'Status' field on new entries in the Allergies and Hypersensitivities form.

Product Update Form Description
The 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' form grid is enhanced to support defaulting a value into the 'Status' column based on the new registry setting 'Default value for 'Status' in 'Allergies and Hypersensitivities' form'. The value defaulted in will be the value of that registry setting, and if the registry setting is left blank then no default value will be set.

Task List - Remove "Incomplete" as an option for 'Void Task Action'
A change is made to remove the "Incomplete" option from the 'Task Reporting' form in the 'Void Task Action' section.

Task List - 'Addl Instructions' in the Task description
A change is made to include 'Addl Instructions' that were entered during Order Entry in the description of any tasks an Order Code generates.

Task List - Various fixes and improvements
The following changes are made for Task List:
A change is made to the Bedboard Alert grouping in Task List to match the ordering of alerts in the Patient Header.
A change is made to ensure the appropriate number of Task Shift-related tasks are generated for extended orders.
A change is made to remove the ability to define new Nursing Shifts in the 'Task Frequency' form.

Product Update Form Description
Task List is enhanced to show 'Addl Instructions' on tasks created from order placed in the Order Entry Console as part of the task description. In addition, the following issues are resolved: 1) If a Task Definition is updated to remove a previously defined 'Task Descripion', that change would not be saved. 2) Duplicate Task Occurrences may be created by the Background Occurrence Generator. 3) An incorrect option is presented in the 'Task Action Event' field in the 'Task Reporting' form. 4) The 'Shift' field may incorrectly allow modification of the field's dictionary directly from the 'Task Frequency' form. 5) Bedboard alerts may not present in the same order as the Client Header.
