Scenario 1: Admission - Validate the 'ClientCreated' SDK event
Specific Setup:
  • The 'Client Demographics - Additional Fields' registry setting must be set to include "Personal Pronouns".
Steps
  1. Access the 'Admission' form.
  2. Verify the 'Select Client' dialog is displayed.
  3. Enter any new value in the 'Last Name' field.
  4. Enter any new value in the 'First Name' field.
  5. Select any value in the 'Sex' field.
  6. Click [Search].
  7. Validate a "Search Results" message is displayed stating: No matches found.
  8. Click [New Client].
  9. Validate a "Client" message is displayed stating: Auto Assign Next ID Number?
  10. Click [Yes].
  11. Enter any value in the 'Date of Birth' field.
  12. Enter the current date in the 'Preadmit/Admission Date' field.
  13. Enter the current time in the 'Preadmit/Admission Time' field.
  14. Select any outpatient program in the 'Program' field.
  15. Select any value in the 'Type Of Admission' field.
  16. Select the desired practitioner in the 'Admitting Practitioner' field.
  17. Populate any other required and desired fields.
  18. Navigate to 'Client Demographics' section.
  19. Enter the desired value in the 'Personal Pronouns' field.
  20. Select the desired value in the 'Military Related Disability' field.
  21. Select the desired value in the 'Veteran' field.
  22. Select the desired value in the 'Military Branch Of Service' field.
  23. Enter the desired dates in the 'Military Service From' and 'Military Service To' fields.
  24. Click [Submit].
  25. Access the 'CareFabric Monitor' form.
  26. Enter the current date in the 'From Date' field.
  27. Enter the current date in the 'Through Date' field.
  28. Enter the client admitted in the previous steps in the 'Client ID' field.
  29. Click [View Activity Log].
  30. Select "ClientCreated" in the 'Activity Type' field.
  31. Click [Click to View Record]
  32. Validate the 'clientID' - 'id' field contains the ID for the newly admitted client.
  33. Validate the 'personalPronouns' - 'code' field contains the value entered in the 'Personal Pronouns' field.
  34. Validate the 'personalPronouns' - 'displayName' field contains the value entered in the 'Personal Pronouns' field.
  35. Validate the 'militaryService' - 'isMilitaryRelatedDisability' field contains "true" or "false" based on the value selected in the 'Military Related Disability' field.
  36. Validate the 'militaryService' - 'isVeteran' field contains "true" or "false" based on the value selected in the 'Veteran' field.
  37. Validate the 'militaryBranchOfServiceCode' - 'code' field contains the code associated to the value selected in the 'Military Branch Of Service' field.
  38. Validate the 'militaryBranchOfServiceCode' - 'displayName' field contains the value selected in the 'Military Branch Of Service' field.
  39. Validate the 'militaryService' - 'militaryServiceDateRange' - 'fromDate' field contains the date entered in the 'Military Service From' field.

  41. Close the report and the form.
Scenario 2: CareFabric Monitor - Validate the 'ClientUpdated' SDK event
Specific Setup:
  • The 'Client Demographics - Additional Fields' registry setting must be set to include "Personal Pronouns".
  • A client is enrolled in an existing episode (Client A).
  • This client must have had 'Client Merge' performed prior where all client data was merged through a single filing.
Steps
  1. Select "Client A" and access the 'Update Client Data' form.
  2. Enter the desired value in the 'Personal Pronouns' field.
  3. Select the desired value in the 'Veteran' field.
  4. Select the desired value in the 'Military Related Disability' field.
  5. Select the desired value in the 'Military Branch Of Service' field.
  6. Enter the desired dates in the 'Military Service From' and 'Military Service To' fields.
  7. Click [Submit].
  8. Access the 'CareFabric Monitor' form.
  9. Enter the current date in the 'From Date' field.
  10. Enter the current date in the 'Through Date' field.
  11. Enter "Client A" in the 'Client ID' field.
  12. Enter "ClientUpdated" in the 'Event/Action Search' field.
  13. Click [View Activity Log].
  14. Validate the 'CareFabric Monitor Report' contains a "ClientUpdated" record for "Client A".
  15. Select the "ClientUpdated" record and click [Click To View Record].
  16. Validate the report contains the updated data for "Client A".
  17. Validate the 'personalPronouns' - 'code' field contains the value entered in the 'Personal Pronouns' field.
  18. Validate the 'personalPronouns' - 'displayName' field contains the value entered in the 'Personal Pronouns' field.
  19. Validate the 'mergedClientIDs' - 'id' field contains the client ID from the 'Client Merge' performed in the pre-conditions.
  20. Validate the 'militaryService' - 'isMilitaryRelatedDisability' field contains "true" or "false" based on the value selected in the 'Military Related Disability' field.
  21. Validate the 'militaryService' - 'isVeteran' field contains "true" or "false" based on the value selected in the 'Veteran' field.
  22. Validate the 'militaryBranchOfServiceCode' - 'code' field contains the code associated to the value selected in the 'Military Branch Of Service' field.
  23. Validate the 'militaryBranchOfServiceCode' - 'displayName' field contains the value selected in the 'Military Branch Of Service' field.
