Also, the following issues are resolved: 1) An active practitioner may appear as inactive in Bells Notes 2) Site-specific fields added to the copies of the Progress Notes (Group and Individual) may display incorrect dictionary values in Bells Notes 3) The progress note may not be saved unless the registry settings "Enabled Practitioner" is enabled and "Send Draft To-Do to Submitting User" is disabled.
