Client Merge
An issue is resolved where 'ClientDeleted' messages were being sent for both the source and target clients after a client merge.
This update resolves an issue that was causing 'ClientDeleted' messages to be sent for both the source and target clients following a client merge. This was leading to confusion and potential data inconsistencies. With this update, 'ClientDeleted' messages will now only be sent for the source client, ensuring accurate client data representation. Please note that this update requires Avatar PM 2024 Update 46 to be installed for the changes to take effect.

The following changes are made to the Patient Header 1) 'New Order', 'Stat Order', and 'Order Code' alert types can now support showing multiple orders. 2) 'New Order' alert types will now only show active orders which are in the 'Create New Order' state. 3) 'Stat Order' alert types will now only show active orders which have not had a successful administration.

Product Update Description
The following issues are resolved: 1) Audit data in the "SYSTEM.patient_demographic_history" table may be incorrect when a 'PutClient' action updates client data via ProviderConnect Enterprise. 2) The 'InsurancePolicyDeleted' event may also trigger a 'ClientDeleted' event, which incorrectly removes client data from the data store. 3) The 'PutClient' action allows invalid codes for the "Marital Status" field. 4) The 'PutClient' action removes the Zip+4 value if it is set to "-0000". 5) Episodic Pregnancy data does not include access tags based on the admission program. 6) EhrAssessmentDate does not currently include an assessment date. 7) The 'Managing Organization Dictionary Mapping' form does not properly remap dictionary codes for the "Sexual Orientation" field on Client actions and events.
