The 'System Code(s)' field is added to the 'CareFabric Assessment Mapping form'. This adds the ability to have a single assessment defined while mapped to multiple system codes.

Ensure diagnosis and problem code descriptions are displayed as expected in the 'Client Alerts' section of the 'CarePOV Management' form.

The 'Submit' button in the 'CarePOV Management' form is made disabled. Instead, each individual form section is updated to have its own 'Submit' button if one did not exist already.

The 'Require Address Type' and 'Default Address Type for Client Demographics' fields are added to the 'Electronic Visit Verification' section of the 'CarePOV Management' form.

The 'EvvClientUpdated' SDK event is updated to send all active addresses for a client from Client Demographics and 'Client Alternate Addresses'.

The Avatar PM/Cal-PM and Avatar MSO '835 Health Care Claim Payment/Advice' forms are updated to support filing of Explanation Of Benefits information to be available via Fhir/APIs (via the 'BulkDataStoreUpdate' CareFabric Action).
Note - Avatar MSO 2024 Update 6 is required for full support of this functionality.
