Medical Note - Diet and Precaution Orders

Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:

Scenario 1: Medical Note - Validate Diet and Precaution Orders

Specific Setup:

A user must be defined as a "Provider" and have the following:
The 'Orders' console widget accessible on the HomeView
The 'Medical Note' widget accessible on the HomeView
A client enrolled in an existing episode (Client A)

Steps

Select "Client A" and access the 'Orders' console widget.
Search for and select "Seizure Precaution" from the ‘New Order’ field.
Set 'Priority' field to the desired value.
Set 'Start Date' field to the current date.
Set 'Start Time' field to the current time.
Complete the required fields.
Click [Add to Scratchpad].
Validate the 'Action' cell for the "Seizure Precaution" order contains "ADD".
Click [Sign].
Validate the ‘Order grid’ contains an order for "Seizure Precaution".
Navigate to the 'Medical Note' widget.
Verify the existence of the "Facesheet" tab.
Click [Diet and Precaution Orders] link.
Click [Refresh].
Validate the "Seizure Precaution" order is displayed in the "Order Description" column.
Select the 'Orders' console widget.
Validate an order for "Seizure Precaution" is displayed with the "Active" status under the current date.
Select the "Seizure Precaution" order and click [D/C].
Set 'Start Date' field to the current date.
Set 'Start Time' field to the current time.
Set 'Discontinue reason' to the desired value.
Click [Add to Scratchpad].
Validate the 'Action' cell for the "Seizure Precaution" order contains "DC".
Click [Sign].
Validate the "Seizure Precaution" order is displayed with the "Discontinued" order status in 'Order grid’.
Navigate to the 'Medical Note' widget.
Verify the existence of the "Facesheet" tab.
Click [Diet and Precaution Orders] link.
Click [Refresh].
Validate the "Seizure Precaution" order is no longer displayed in the "Order Description" column.
