User Modeled form with Service Documentation - Existing Appointment
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
- Modeled Form With Service Documentation
- Admission
- Appointment Move/Delete
- Envelope Import (CWS)
- Registry Settings (PM)
Scenario 1: Filing an Appointment in a "Service Documentation" Modeled form - Validation
Specific Setup:
- Have an existing Modeled form with the Table configured for "Service Documentation".
- Have an appointment scheduled for any Client.
- Have registry setting "Post Appointment When Service Documentation is Finalized" set to "Y".
Steps
- Open the modeled service documentation form.
- Select the "Client" and "Episode" filed with the Appointment.
- Click "Add".
- Select the Appointment in the "Data Row Addresses which Service/Appointment" field.
- Verify the "Service Charge Code" field is populated with parent "Service Code" set up in the "Service Panel".
- Click "Final" to file the form as final.
- Click [Accept and Route] in the "Confirm Document" screen.
- On the "Route Document To" screen, add an approver.
- Click [Submit].
- On the Home View, refresh the "To Do List" widget.
- Locate the modeled form row filed for the "Appointment".
- Click [Approve Document].
- Click [Accept/Route].
- On the Home View, refresh the "To Do List" widget.
- Validate the to do is removed from the "To Do List" widget
Scenario 2: Deleting an Appointment in a "Service Documentation" Modeled form - Attach Selected Appointment To Service Documentation on Draft
Specific Setup:
- A user modeled form must be created that includes the Service Documentation section.
- Admit a test client into any episode.
- Set the Registry Setting "Attach Select Appointment To Service Documentation on Draft" to "`1".
Steps
- Using "Scheduling Calendar":
- Create an appointment to the test client.
- Using the user modeled form with service documentation:
- Select "Existing Appointment" in the "Documentation For" field.
- Select the desired appointment in the "Documentation for Which Existing Note/Service" dropdown.
- Validate the service start time, charge code, duration, etc.
- Set the Draft/Final field to "Draft".
- Submit the form.
- Using the "Scheduling Calendar" form:
- Delete the appointment that was just created.
- Validate the appointment has been removed from the calendar.
- Using the "Registry Setting" form:
- Set the Registry Setting "Attach Select Appointment To Service Documentation on Draft" to "2".
- Using the "Scheduling Calendar" form:
- Create an appointment to the test client.
- Using the user modeled form with service documentation:
- Select "Existing Appointment" in the "Documentation For" field.
- Select the desired appointment in the "Documentation for Which Existing Note/Service" dropdown.
- Validate the service start time, charge code, duration, etc.
- Set the Draft/Final field to "Draft".
- Submit the form.
- Using the "Scheduling Calendar" form:
- Delete the appointment that was just created.
- Validate the appointment has been removed from the calendar.
- Using the "Registry Setting" form:
- Set the Registry Setting "Attach Select Appointment To Service Documentation on Draft" to "0".
- Using the "Scheduling Calendar" form:
- Create an appointment to the test client.
- Using the user modeled form with service documentation:
- Select "Existing Appointment" in the "Documentation For" field.
- Select the desired appointment in the "Documentation for Which Existing Note/Service" dropdown.
- Validate the service start time, charge code, duration, etc.
- Set the Draft/Final field to "Draft".
- Submit the form.
- Using the "Scheduling Calendar" form:
- Delete the appointment that was just created.
- Validate the appointment has been removed from the calendar.
- Using the "Registry Setting" form:
- Set the Registry Setting "Attach Select Appointment To Service Documentation on Draft" to "2".
- Using the "Scheduling Calendar" form:

- Using the "Appointment Move/Delete" form:
- Delete the appointment.
