An issue has been resolved where the error [UNDEFINED]zDeleteAppointment+53^SYSTEM.AppointmentData.1 *ID can occur when trying to delete an appointment that is attached to a user modeled form with service documentation and the registry setting "Attach Selected Appointment to Service Documentation on Draft" is set to "2".

User Modeled form with Service Documentation - Existing Appointment
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
  • Modeled Form With Service Documentation
  • Admission
  • Appointment Move/Delete
  • Envelope Import (CWS)
  • Registry Settings (PM)
Scenario 1: Filing an Appointment in a "Service Documentation" Modeled form - Validation
Specific Setup:
  • Have an existing Modeled form with the Table configured for "Service Documentation".
  • Have an appointment scheduled for any Client.
  • Have registry setting "Post Appointment When Service Documentation is Finalized" set to "Y".
Steps
  1. Open the modeled service documentation form.
  2. Select the "Client" and "Episode" filed with the Appointment.
  3. Click "Add".
  4. Select the Appointment in the "Data Row Addresses which Service/Appointment" field.
  5. Verify the "Service Charge Code" field is populated with parent "Service Code" set up in the "Service Panel".
  6. Click "Final" to file the form as final.
  7. Click [Accept and Route] in the "Confirm Document" screen.
  8. On the "Route Document To" screen, add an approver.
  9. Click [Submit].
  10. On the Home View, refresh the "To Do List" widget.
  11. Locate the modeled form row filed for the "Appointment".
  12. Click [Approve Document].
  13. Click [Accept/Route].
  14. On the Home View, refresh the "To Do List" widget.
  15. Validate the to do is removed from the "To Do List" widget
Scenario 2: Deleting an Appointment in a "Service Documentation" Modeled form - Attach Selected Appointment To Service Documentation on Draft
Specific Setup:
  • A user modeled form must be created that includes the Service Documentation section.
  • Admit a test client into any episode.
  • Set the Registry Setting "Attach Select Appointment To Service Documentation on Draft" to "`1".
Steps
  1. Using "Scheduling Calendar":
  2. Create an appointment to the test client.
  3. Using the user modeled form with service documentation:
  4. Select "Existing Appointment" in the "Documentation For" field.
  5. Select the desired appointment in the "Documentation for Which Existing Note/Service" dropdown.
  6. Validate the service start time, charge code, duration, etc.
  7. Set the Draft/Final field to "Draft".
  8. Submit the form.
  9. Using the "Scheduling Calendar" form:
  10. Delete the appointment that was just created.
  11. Validate the appointment has been removed from the calendar.
  12. Using the "Registry Setting" form:
  13. Set the Registry Setting "Attach Select Appointment To Service Documentation on Draft" to "2".
  14. Using the "Scheduling Calendar" form:
  15. Create an appointment to the test client.
  16. Using the user modeled form with service documentation:
  17. Select "Existing Appointment" in the "Documentation For" field.
  18. Select the desired appointment in the "Documentation for Which Existing Note/Service" dropdown.
  19. Validate the service start time, charge code, duration, etc.
  20. Set the Draft/Final field to "Draft".
  21. Submit the form.
  22. Using the "Scheduling Calendar" form:
  23. Delete the appointment that was just created.
  24. Validate the appointment has been removed from the calendar.
  25. Using the "Registry Setting" form:
  26. Set the Registry Setting "Attach Select Appointment To Service Documentation on Draft" to "0".
  27. Using the "Scheduling Calendar" form:
  28. Create an appointment to the test client.
  29. Using the user modeled form with service documentation:
  30. Select "Existing Appointment" in the "Documentation For" field.
  31. Select the desired appointment in the "Documentation for Which Existing Note/Service" dropdown.
  32. Validate the service start time, charge code, duration, etc.
  33. Set the Draft/Final field to "Draft".
  34. Submit the form.
  35. Using the "Scheduling Calendar" form:
  36. Delete the appointment that was just created.
  37. Validate the appointment has been removed from the calendar.
  38. Using the "Registry Setting" form:
  39. Set the Registry Setting "Attach Select Appointment To Service Documentation on Draft" to "2".
