  • Site Registration Form - Color Coding
    The 'Site Registration' form will be enhanced with future functionality to support capturing color-coding data to use as shading on the appointment card for client-based, group, and staff-only appointments. Each type of appointment will be designated via a separate text field.
    New fields added to the Site Registration Form to be used when multiple Sites are being displayed for better user experience: Client/Staff Appointment Color Group Appointment Color Staff-Only Appointment Color

    Ensure the user can create a new client appointment over top of the staff-only block, it should not be permitted to create a second appointment that overbooks the first client appointment.
