The 'Add/Edit Outreach Target' form and the "Outreach Target" File Import are updated to allow the 'Pre-admit Target Program' field to be cleared upon filing data to Avatar.

Add/Edit Outreach Target - 'Pre-admit Target Program' field
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
  • Add/Edit Outreach Target
  • Outreach Target Clients
  • Crystal Report Viewer
  • File Import
Scenario 1: Add/Edit Outreach Target - Add/edit a new target
Specific Setup:
  • The 'Enable Outreach Scheduling' registry setting is set to "Y". Please note: this must be done by a Netsmart Associate.
  • Dictionary values for 'Target Status (20005)' must be defined under the 'Appointment Other Tabled Files' dictionary in the 'Dictionary Update' form.
  • Dictionary values for 'Zone (20000)' must be defined under the 'Appointment Staff File' dictionary in the 'Dictionary Update' form.
Steps
  1. Access the 'Add/Edit Outreach Target' form.
  2. Enter any new value in the 'Policy Number Search' field.
  3. Click [Search].
  4. Validate a message is displayed stating: No matches found, adding new target.
  5. Click [OK].
  6. Populate all required and desired fields.
  7. Select the desired value in the 'Pre-admit Target Program' field.
  8. Submit the form.
  9. Access the 'Add/Edit Outreach Target' form.
  10. Enter the policy number filed in the previous steps in the 'Policy Number Search' field.
  11. Click [Search].
  12. Validate the 'Outreach Target Clients' dialog contains the record added in the previous steps.
  13. Select the existing record and click [OK].
  14. Validate the 'Pre-admit Target Program' field contains the value filed in the previous steps.
  15. Remove the value in the 'Pre-admit Target Program' field.
  16. Submit the form.
  17. Access the 'Add/Edit Outreach Target' form.
  18. Enter the policy number filed in the previous steps in the 'Policy Number Search' field.
  19. Click [Search].
  20. Validate the 'Outreach Target Clients' dialog contains the record added in the previous steps.
  21. Select the existing record and click [OK].
  22. Validate the 'Pre-admit Target Program' field no longer contains a value.
  23. Close the form.
Scenario 2: File Import - "Outreach Target"
Specific Setup:
  • The 'Enable Outreach Scheduling' registry setting is set to "Y". Please note: this must be done by a Netsmart Associate.
  • Dictionary values for 'Target Status (20005)' must be defined under the 'Appointment Other Tabled Files' dictionary in the 'Dictionary Update' form.
  • Dictionary values for 'Zone (20000)' must be defined under the 'Appointment Staff File' dictionary in the 'Dictionary Update' form.
  • Must have a comma delimited file for the "Outreach Target" file import with the 'Pre-admit Target Program' field populated (File A). Note: this file will be adding the initial record.
  • Must have a comma delimited file for the "Outreach Target" file import with the 'Pre-admit Target Program' field not populated (File B). Note: this file will be imported to edit the initial record.
Steps
  1. Access the 'File Import' form.
  2. Select "Outreach Target" in the 'File Type' field.
  3. Click [Process Action].
  4. Navigate to "File A" and select it.
  5. Select "Compile/Validate File" in the 'Action' field.
  6. Select "File A" in the 'File(s)' field.
  7. Click [Process Action].
  8. Validate a message is displayed stating: Compiled.
  9. Click [OK].
  10. Select "Print File" in the 'Action' field.
  11. Select "File A" in the 'File(s)' field.
  12. Click [Process Action].
  13. Validate a report is displayed with the file import information. Take note of the values in the file.
  14. Close the report.
  15. Select "Post File" in the 'Action' field.
  16. Select "File A" in the 'File(s)' field.
  17. Click [Process Action].
  18. Validate a message is displayed stating: Posted.
  19. Click [OK] and close the form.
  20. Access the 'Add/Edit Outreach Target' form.
  21. Enter the policy number from the import in the 'Policy Number Search' field.
  22. Click [Search].
  23. Validate the 'Outreach Target Clients' dialog contains the record imported in the previous steps.
  24. Select the imported record and click [OK].
  25. Validate the 'Pre-admit Target Program' field contains the value imported.
  26. Validate all other fields from the import file are populated as expected.
  27. Close the form.
  28. Access the 'File Import' form.
  29. Select "Outreach Target" in the 'File Type' field.
  30. Click [Process Action].
  31. Navigate to "File B" and select it. Please note: this file is intended to edit the previously imported file.
  32. Select "Compile/Validate File" in the 'Action' field.
  33. Select "File B" in the 'File(s)' field.
  34. Click [Process Action].
  35. Validate a message is displayed stating: Compiled.
  36. Click [OK].
  37. Select "Print File" in the 'Action' field.
  38. Select "File B" in the 'File(s)' field.
  39. Click [Process Action].
  40. Validate a report is displayed with the file import information. Validate there is no value populated for the 'Pre-admit Target Program' field in this import file.
  41. Close the report.
  42. Select "Post File" in the 'Action' field.
  43. Select "File B" in the 'File(s)' field.
  44. Click [Process Action].
  45. Validate a message is displayed stating: Posted.
  46. Click [OK] and close the form.
  47. Access the 'Add/Edit Outreach Target' form.
  48. Enter the policy number from the import in the 'Policy Number Search' field.
  49. Click [Search].
  50. Validate the 'Outreach Target Clients' dialog contains the record imported in the previous steps.
  51. Select the imported record and click [OK].
  52. Validate the 'Pre-admit Target Program' field no longer contains a value.
  53. Validate all other fields from the import file are populated as expected.
  54. Close the form.
