The Notification pop-up window will contain the Practitioner Name and Client Names for Scheduled appointments.

Appointment Scheduling Notifications are validated to include Practitioner Name and Patient Names
Note - These testing guidelines assume the user is skilled in the use of, at a minimum, the following:
  • Appointment Scheduling Notification Type Definition
  • Notifications Setup
  • Scheduling Calendar
Scenario 1: Validate notifications include the client name and practitioner name when an appointment is filed.
Specific Setup:
  • Notifications are set up in the 'Notifications Setup' form to include the Keywords for the 'Practitioner Name' and the 'Patient Name'.
  • 'Appointment Scheduling Notification Type Definition' is set up for the 'Appointment Practitioner' user.
Steps
  1. Open the 'Scheduling Calendar'.
  2. Create an appointment for any client.
  3. Submit the appointment.
  4. Verify the notification pop-up window displays: 'Appointment's status has been changed to 'Scheduled: Practitioner: <FirstName LastName> Client: <FirstName LastName>.
  5. Click [OK] to close the notification window.
