Quick Forms

Quick Links are called Quick Forms in RADplus Utilities 2010. Quick Forms functionality and setup is different in RADplus 2010.

• Quick Links are created in the Form Definition form (RADplus Utilities).
• Quick Forms are added to a form through the Form Designer form (RADplus Utilities).
• Avatar Quick Forms provide fast access to client data. Clicking the icon opens the associated form, while keeping the user in the first form.

Prerequisites

• The facility must be running RADplus Utilities version 2010, or later.
• The user must be granted access to Quick Forms (User Role, or User Definition form).

To access Quick Forms:

1. Go to: the Chart Review window.
2. Right-click a client in My Caseload or My Session.
3. Select the Quick Form you wish to view.
4. In a form where Quick Forms functionality has been added through Form Designer.
5. Click the Quick Forms icon.
