Navigating Consoles
Navigate Multiple Home Views
At the top of the myAvatar screen, click the home view to move from view to view.
The main view defined in the View Definition form will display as the first home view button.
If the view has associated views, these views will display in alphabetical order.
Click a home view to display the view layout.
Clicking another home view displays that view layout.
The widgets and widget layout associated with the view display.
Console Widgets Navigation
Select a client in the Client and Staff widget.
At the top of the home view, select a client episode. Or, select All Episodes.
The console widget will display data associated with that client, and episode.
Hold the mouse over an episode to see information for that form and episode.
Select an episode and click Open Record to open the associated form.
Or, double-click the episode.
If a console widget is associated with can display several records for a form.
Display Data
- The newest records display on top.
- If the associated form has a pre-display, this will display in a column.
- When a client is selected in one view, they will remain selected in any home view.
- Users can configure the column display, displaying all episodes, or a selected episode.
- If a system is configured for sub system codes, all episode-based widgets will display episodes for programs in that sub-system code.
Open Records
- Double-clicking a row will open the associated form, bypassing a client lookup, and any episode pre-displays.
- If a widget does not require episode selection to display data, the Episode field will be empty. If an episode is required, All Episodes will display. An episode can be selected.
- If an episode is selected the user will be navigated directly to the form.
- If an episode has not been selected, the episode pre-display will open. Users will create a new record.
- Select New Record, and choose the form to add records to the client’s chart.
- After submitting a record, click the circling arrows button to refresh the console widget display.
