About the My Activity pane

In myAvatar NX the My Activity pane is always accessible and provides quick access to your schedule, To Do items, and open forms without having to leave the current view, form, or task. There is also a customize option for views and widgets.

To open the My Activity pane, Select the three-bar icon in the header.

► Schedule

Select the calendar icon to view the day's appointments. The number indicates the total appointments for the date. Select the arrows to see your schedule for the previous or next date.

► To Do Items

Select the task icon to see a summary tile for each of your To Do items. The number indicates the total To Do items. To write a note to yourself about the To Do, Select the note icon. Depending on the type of To Do there may be links to review a document, review the To Do details, and open a form.

To see a brief description of the To Do, move the mouse pointer over the information icon. This pop-up helps you determine what to work on without opening the To Do.

► Open forms

Select the folder icon to see which forms you have open. The number indicates the total open forms. Each block represents an open form and lists the form name and the number of minutes since the form was opened. Select the block to open the form. The client's name displays above the form for convenient identification.  

► Widgets and customization

Select the widgets icon and in the header move the Customize toggle to ON to add and rearrange widgets on the current console view to suit your preferences. There is also an option to display the Client Information header in the current view.
