Provider Billing Reports 2

Details

• Provider Detail Service - displays a line by line breakdown of services.
• Provider Service Summary - displays a sum of all services.

Steps

1. In the Main Menu click Reports.

2. Click Provider Billing Reports.

3. In the Billed/Unbilled field:

• Select Billed to display services entered in ProviderConnect, and submitted to Avatar MSO.

• Select Unbilled to display services entered in ProviderConnect that have not been submitted to Avatar MSO.

4. In the Program field, select the ProviderConnect program.

• Select All Programs to include all ProviderConnect programs in the report.
• These programs are associated with the contracting provider (Contracting Provider Registration form, Avatar MSO).

5. In the Record Date Range field, enter the report start and end date.

6. Click Generate Report.
