Care Manager's Closed Authorizations
Generate a report listing closed service authorizations when the authorization end date has passed and the remaining service authorization liability is zero.
Prerequisites:

Service authorizations must be set up in the Service Authorization form.

Go to: Avatar MSO > Care Management Reports > Care Manager's Closed Authorizations - In the Select Individual Or All Care Managers field:
- Select a care manager.
or - Select All to generate a report for all care managers.
- Select a care manager.
- In the Select Authorization Effective Date field, enter the report date.
Note: Service authorizations closed as of this date are included in this report. - Select OK.
Result: The report details authorization information, and the following:- Authorized Codes - CPT or revenue code. (C - CPT, R - Revenue) followed by the code.
- Authorized Units - number of authorized service units.
- Estimated Liability - entered in the Service Authorization form.
- Remaining Liability - estimated liability minus the billed amount (Claims Processing form).
- Total Est. Liability - total estimated liability.
- Total Rem. Liability - total remaining liability.
