eMAR Missing Administration Events Report

Produce a report of missing administration events for a specified time period.

The eMAR Missing Administration Events Report form searches for orders with missing administration events. Orders with specified hours of administration are compared with actual administration events for a day. A report is generated with the dates that have fewer administrations than prescribed.

Prerequisite:

  • Users must be assigned the appropriate OE User Definition role to properly run and view this report.
  1. Go to: Avatar CWS > eMAR > eMAR Missing Administration Events Report
  2. Select an option to filter the report by: current unit or by client.
    Note: If filtering by client, select one client or all clients. For one client, select the episode.
  3. Select all of the Order Types To Include on the report.
  4. Enter the From and Through Dates for administration events to be included.
  5. Select Process Report.
