Reports Section

The Reports section allows you to run reports on historic inactive items as well as the current Patient Home Medications.

  1. Click the Active Home Medication Report button to launch a report displaying the active home meds for the client. This could include any of the following active items:
    • OrderConnect Prescriptions
    • OrderConnect Non-ISC Items
    • Avatar Order Entry History Only Order
    • Avatar Home Medications
  2. In the From Date and Through Date fields, enter the dates to act as parameters that will pass through any of the reports that are selected for launch.
  • Click the Problem History button to launch a report displaying inactive problems assigned to the client within the date range. Inactive problems are those listed in the Problem List form with an assigned status of Inactive.
  • Click the Allergy History button to launch a report displaying inactive allergies assigned to the client within the date range. This could be myAvatar CWS allergies or OrderConnect allergies.
  • Click the Medications History button to launch a report displaying inactive medications assigned to the client within the date range. These are any myAvatar Order Entry or OrderConnect medication item.
  • Click the Home Medications History button to launch a report displaying inactive home medications previously entered for the client within the date range. This includes any of the following discontinued items:
    • OrderConnect Prescriptions
    • OrderConnect Non-ISC Items
    • Avatar Order Entry History Only Order
    • Avatar Home Medications - This is performed on the Medication Reconciliation section.
