Missing Patient Flow Sheets

This report will allow you to view a list of all clients without client flow sheets filed in the Patient Flow Sheet form.

Prerequisites: The client must be enrolled in an inpatient treatment program.

1. Go to: Avatar CWS > Reports > Missing Patient Flow Sheets
2. In the For Unit field, select the units to view report information.
3. In the Shift field, select the work shift.
4. In the Date field, enter the date to view flow sheet information.
5. Click Process.
