Patient vitals entered through myAvatar can be viewed in both the Provider Portal and the Consumer Portal of myHealthPointe.

Prerequisite:

Complete the Vitals Entry form in myAvatar.

Note: The information displaying under Patient Measurements in myHealthPointe is pulled from myAvatar. Updating the form in myAvatar will update the fields in myHealthPointe.
