Order status

Identify the stage where the order is at in the administration process.  

  • A background watermark clearly indicates any of the status conditions.
  • The Utilize Darker Version of Watermarks registry setting controls the depth of shading used in the watermarks. 

An Expired order that is beyond the stop date and has expired displays an EXPIRED watermark.

A Discontinued order that has been explicitly discontinued by the practitioner, and the discontinue date has passed displays a DISCONTINUED watermark.

A Follow-Up order, which requires results to be recorded, displays a FOLLOW-UP watermark. A follow-up status is automatically generated when an order is marked as First Dose in myAvatar Order Entry or if the eMAR Follow-Up Reminder field is set to Yes in the Order Code Setup form.

An On Hold order that has explicitly been put on hold by the practitioner, and the hold is in effect, displays an ON HOLD watermark.
