CPT Code Field

The CPT Code field displays:

• The CPT or revenue code authorized for the client

• Number of service authorizations remaining

• Available service authorization dates

• Authorized level of care (defined in the Service Authorization form, Avatar MSO)

• Associated treatment codes (CPT or revenue) defined in the Set Associated Codes form (Avatar MSO) display indented below a code
  if the client is authorized for one code, additional codes in the group can be selected for service.
  For example, CPT code 90806 or 99242, 99263 are under the same service authorization.
  The fee for the selected code is used for billing.
