Practitioner Enrollment (Brief) - Competencies & Trainings Section - PM

The Competencies and Training section of the Practitioner Enrollment (Brief) allows you to enter practitioner training information.


Define the Completed Trainings and Competencies for a Practitioner. 

  1. Navigate to the Competencies and Trainings section of the Practitioner Enrollment (Brief) form by selecting it on the left-hand side. 
  2. In the Other Specifics field, use the check boxes to select the appropriate values.   
  3. In the Completed Trainings/Competencies field, use the check boxes to select the appropriate values.  
  4. Select Submit to save changes to the form.
