Official Census Report - PM

Generate a daily census report that is sorted by treatment setting and contains summary and population information for each program. Within this report, you can select Inpatient, Outpatient or Partial Hospitalization census data for clients in programs that are associated to one of these treatment settings. The Official Census Report calculates the length of stay from the date the client was transferred to the current program.

  1. Go to: Avatar PM > Client Management > Census Management Reports > Official Census Report.
  2. In the Date field, enter the report date.
  3. In the Treatment Setting field, select the treatment setting.
  4. Click Process.
    Note: The Official Census Report contains the following sub-reports:
    • Daily Summary-Program - Current client populations per treatment program.
    • Daily Summary-Treatment Service - Treatment service activity for each treatment setting.
    • Master List Information - Breakdown of programs in the treatment setting, by client.
    • Patient Census - Total client population per treatment program.
