Detail Of Admissions By Program - PM

Generate a detailed admission report sorted by program.

  1. Go to: Avatar PM > Client Management > Census Management Reports
  2. In the Include Admission From field, enter the report start date.
  3. In the Include Admission Through field, enter the report end date.
  4. In the Select The Programs To Be Included field, select the treatment programs to include in the report.
  5. Click Process.
    Result: The report displays information entered in the Call Intake, Pre Admit, Admission, and Admission (Outpatient) forms.
