Print Current Orders and Order Changes

Print a report of the patient's current orders and another report that provides a chronological history of actions filed for the client's orders.

Avatar Order Entry > Order Entry Client Information > Print Current Orders and Order Changes

  1. In the Select Patient field, enter the patient name or ID and select.
  2. In the Select Report field, select either current orders or order changes.
  3. For the Order Type field, select all order types to print.
  4. If Current Orders is selected in the Select Report field, the Select Episode field displays the text All Outpatient/Partial Hospitalization Episodes and includes all patient episodes on the report.
  5. If Order Changes is selected in the Select Report field, select the episode and enter the dates in the From Date and Through Date fields.
  6. Click Process.
