Create new order from Order Group
Create an order from an order group. An order group is a set of related order codes.

In the Create Orders section of the Client Profile / Physicians Orders form, in the Create New Order From Order Group field, enter the order group name or ID and select. - Choose Select Order(s) From Order Group to display orders within the order group.
- In the Select Order(s) From Order Group pop-up, choose the orders and click OK.
Note: If the Order Group Auto-File Allowed registry setting is enabled, a message displays asking if the order should be automatically filed. Click OK to automatically file the order. The process will attempt to automatically file new orders based on the selected Order Group component orders.
The following conditions prevent the automatic filing of one or more orders in an order group:
- Required fields that are missing, such as a required field that was not pre-defined on the Order Group component order.
- Alerts that require user override, such as drug-allergy, drug-to-drug, and non-formulary alerts.
