Patient Observations

The Patient Observation view is used to view previously recorded observation details as well as enter new observation details.

1. Record observation details – Tap on desired cell to select appropriate detail to record. The Behaviors, Activities and Locations are dictionaries that can be defined by the facility. Location detail is required.
2. View allergies – If allergies exist for patient, tap on the red Allergies in the patient details section.
3. Copy previous observation details to current observation record. – Tap the note icon displayed in the Location cell.
