Appointment Color Coding
Color coding for appointment cards in myAvatar NX Appointment Scheduling helps distinguish between appointments at multiple scheduled sites at the same time, such as where a practitioner may work in the morning versus afternoon, or a designated Telehealth site.
In Appointment Scheduling, color coding appears in calendar cards and in the left edge of the placeholder box for each appointment. The left edge indicator retains the default color coding for client, group, and staff-only appointments and serves as a reference for when service codes or sites override the base color coding.
Agencies can select from background and text colors available in myAvatar or use unlocked dictionaries to set up color combinations.
Note: It is important to consider accessibility and overall appearance when defining color combinations for appointments. Any new color combinations should be tested before using.
