Generate a note

Generate a note summary in Medical Note to review the information before finalizing the note. The note summary condenses intake and examination details into a concise summary that captures relevant information. 

1. Select the Finalize tab.
2. In the Note Summary section select Generate Note.
   Result: The note appears in the text field.
3. Add or modify the documentation in the text field as needed.
   Note: This documentation is included in the finalized note.
4. Select Sign Off.
