About allergies

The Allergies section in Medical Note is where you add and update allergies with information synced from both myAvatar and OrderConnect. In an allergen record, you document details such as reactions, severities, identification age, and pertinent notes for reference. You also indicate if a patient has "no known allergies".

Note: Depending on the system configuration, there can be additional features like a "reviewed with patient" button to indicate allergy information has been reviewed, which updates information in the patient banner.
